About the Museum
Throughout the Print Club of Albany’s storied history, the club has received numerous artist, collector, and member donations of art, resulting in our extensive permanent collection. In the 1990s, the Print Club established a charter for the Museum of Prints and Printmaking, with the ambition of housing and exhibiting the Print Club of Albany’s permanent collection in the Capital Region for visitors to learn, enjoy, and experience the artform. We are pleased to now operate our seven-gallery boutique museum in Schenectady, NY, where we display pieces from our permanent collection, and organize rotating exhibits in the Scaglione gallery. Admission for visitors is free of charge.
